Jira Training Session

// Context & Background

This project involved conducting a training session for younger students at Thomas More, teaching them how to use Jira, a popular project management tool. I collaborated with my best friends Robert and Eren to design and deliver the session, giving us a unique opportunity to step into the role of educators and share our knowledge.

// My Contributions

I developed the training materials, including slides and practical exercises, to demonstrate Jira's features like issue tracking and agile boards. During the session, I led several segments, explaining concepts clearly and guiding students through hands-on tasks. I also facilitated discussions to ensure engagement and understanding.

// What I Learned

This experience taught me how to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible way. Stepping into a teaching role enhanced my leadership and presentation skills. Working closely with Robert and Eren made the project enjoyable and reinforced the value of collaboration in educational settings.
